Talent Acquisition Manager

At Journi we’re building an app that allows customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products without effort. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team and take our recruitment activities to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
work min. 30h per week from the Journi HQ in Vienna as part of a passionate and super international team.
Partnering with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruitment cycle
Be the first point of contact for external candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a valuable application experience with timely communication and individualized feedback.
Proactively source candidates from a variety of channels to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates with great team fit
Actively using data to shape your way of working by knowing how to assess and measure candidate funnels as well as preparing reports for the Hiring teams
Have the chance to dig deeper into various HR topics of the company and learn from and exchange with other startups and experts we are in touch with
Be a reliable team member who is always keen to offer support and foster a culture of happiness :)
YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
2-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
You have great organisational skills and being accurate is important to you
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
You know that prioritisation is the key to tackling tasks efficiently
You use your creativity as well as your analytical side to tackle everyday tasks
You are open and adaptable, focusing on solutions rather than problems
You are constantly learning, asking for feedback, self-motivated and hungry to succeed
You are a EU-citizen or have a valid permit to work in Austria
NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)
Specialisation in tech, marketing or product recruitment
Experience in startup environment or high-growth company
Any additional language skills (German, French, Italian or any Nordic languages are a plus!)
You are familiar with Austrian labour law and hiring international talents
