We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Vienna and help turn our website into a major customer acquisition channel of the company to rival our Android and iOS apps.


➤ WHAT YOU’LL DO

Context

  • Our website is becoming an increasingly important customer acquisition channel for us to sell printed photo products, and we need help to scale it further

  • Combine with our marketing, web, and product teams to ensure growth while keeping customer acquisition costs at a healthy, sustainable level.

  • Work full-time (38.5 h/w) within a passionate, motivated and super international team with English as the working language.

Performance Marketing on Web 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our web customers and their needs, and transform this knowledge into powerful ad campaigns that generate purchases.

  • Research, create, manage, and experiment with ad campaigns, monitoring performance to reach monthly budget targets at a defined efficiency level.

  • The primary focus, at least initially, will be on building up markets through SEA and Youtube, with scope for further channels later on.

Reporting & Ownership

  • Take responsibility for reaching Customer Acquisition revenue goals together with your team and manage a 5-6 digit monthly budget depending on seasonalities.

  • Own your KPIs and report these to the Head of Performance Marketing using dashboards that monitor campaign performance and make suggestions for improvements accordingly

Website as an Organic Channel & Product

  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to help take our website to the next level in terms of localization, SEO, CRM opt-in, UX optimized for specific markets, etc. 


➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS (MUST HAVES)

  • 1 year track record of meeting ROAS goals in performance marketing for web 

  • Familiarity and experience with Google Search Ads (other channels and platforms are a bonus)

  • An understanding key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc. and are comfortable with budget goals and responsibilities

  • You are:

    • detail-oriented, constantly questioning the status quo, and known as a self-starter who initiates new ideas and processes where needed

    • an analytical thinker and doer who is driven by numbers and performance

    • able to work efficiently, prioritise workloads, and meet critical deadlines

    • someone who thrives in fast-moving and high growth environments

    • a fast learner with common sense

  • You are an EU-citizen or have a valid working permit for Austria


➤ NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)

  • Experience in an e-commerce or startup environment

  • Experience with Youtube ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

  • Experience of other paid acquisition channels for websites

  • Experience with SEO

  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio

  • Proficiency in  Italian, Dutch, Polish, or Scandinavian languages are a plus
